2011年4月技術團隊取得大陸”861”項目投資計劃審議通過 , 並納入大陸銅陵市十二五計劃規劃綱要重點項目 , 以70年代美國斯坦福科學園成功轉移到”東亞最成功矽谷-台灣新竹科學園區”模式 , 啟動”技術團隊以發展100個項目包括發光類、發電類、通信類、綠能環保產業、智慧物聯網產業、精密不綉鋼製造業等工業項目為目標，30個建設項目，2個碼頭，一個酒店，一個保稅區，金融配套項目最終發展目標，配合十三五及一帶一路市場經濟發展計劃拓寬市場，目前產品有電動自行車、面板、電視、即熱式產品、大型輸出設備及環保耗材、光通信產品、高速快充電源、LED產品跨足兩岸 , 放眼全球合作行銷模式 。
